Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The return request is made within 3 days of delivery

The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

All tags, labels, and accessories are intact

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

The product has been used, washed, or worn

The original packaging or tags are missing

The return request is made after the allowed return period

Cash on Delivery (COD) Refund Policy

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are not provided in cash.

Refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected

Exchange Policy

Customers can request an exchange for size or product replacement if the item is eligible for return.

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
